PLEASE READ OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Fix Georgia Pets, Inc.: Paul McCartney VIP Tickets and Meet & Greet 

  1. About this Raffle. This raffle is conducted by Fix Georgia Pets, Inc., (“Nonprofit”) located at 6300 Powers Ferry Road, NW, Suite 600-191, Atlanta, GA 30339. Non profit is a non-profit organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and as defined by Georgia Revenue and Taxation Code Section 33-0039466. All proceeds, less expenses, will benefit the Nonprofit. The raffle is void wherever prohibited by law.
  2. Nonprofit is offering an opportunity to participate in a raffle for two (2) VIP Tickets and Meet & Greet Package with Paul McCartney’s Got Back Tour, on November 2, 2025, at State Farm Arena located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Fair Market Value (FMV) of the prize is estimated at $50,000. Winner’s Liability: The winner of this raffle prize is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. This FMV is based on prior sales of the prize or similar experiences and has been established for tax reporting purposes. Prize is awarded as is, has no cash redemption equivalent, and cannot be resold, traded, or auctioned. The Prize winner and one guest will be escorted by a representative of MPL Communications Ltd. and will attend a “meet and greet” to meet Paul McCartney prior to his November 2, 2025, show. Prize winner will receive a photograph with Paul McCartney and a tour merchandise gift bag. Personal photographs and requests for autographs before, during or after the meet and greet are not permitted. After the meet and greet, prize winner and guest will be escorted to their assigned seats. Additional details will be provided a few days prior to November 2, 2025, by MPL Touring. Raffle does not include travel to or from the venue or any other costs. MPL Communications Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel this experience.
  3. Raffle Purchase Availability. The raffle will be conducted from September 19, 2025, to October 16, 2025, with tickets available for purchase while quantities last through October 16, 2025. The Raffle drawing will take place on October 16, 2025. Nonprofit reserves the right to sell a limited number of tickets on October 16, 2025, based on availability. A maximum of five thousand (5,000) tickets will be sold at one hundred dollars ($100) per ticket. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of valid entries up to and including five thousand (5,000) purchased raffle tickets. The prize winner will be picked by random drawing at the Fix Georgia Pets Gala at the Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia (“Fix Georgia Pets Gala”) on October 16, 2025, and the prize winner will be notified as soon as possible upon conclusion of the random drawing. Prize winner does not need to be present at the random drawing to be eligible to win.
  4. Participant Eligibility Requirements; Taxes. Participants must be a lawful Georgia Resident at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of purchase in order to purchase a raffle ticket or participate in the Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may attend the raffle drawing if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, but they remain ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. Nonprofit employees, members of the Board of Trustees, authorized agents thereof, consultants, attorneys, independent accounting firms and their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participating in the raffle and are not eligible to win. Withholding Paid by Nonprofit. Nonprofit will pay the required federal tax withholding on behalf of the winner, based on the FMV minus the cost of one raffle ticket. The winner will not be required to remit this portion of the tax to the Nonprofit. IRS Reporting: As the payer of the prize, the Nonprofit will issue an IRS Form W-2G to the winner and the IRS. The grossed-up value of the prize (FMV plus the value of the tax payment) and the amount of federal withholding will be reported in Box 1 and Box 4 of the form, respectively. Additional Taxes: The federal tax payment does not cover the winner’s entire tax liability. The winner is responsible for paying any remaining federal, state, and local income taxes on the total value of the prize. All federal, state, and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the raffle winner. The winner may be required by law to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability incurred in connection with his/her receipt of the prize before receiving his/her prize. All entrants are advised to consult with their tax advisors to discuss the tax implications of raffle ticket purchases and winning a raffle prize, including without limitation, the IRS income tax rules applicable to reporting raffle winnings and withholding obligations.
  5. Identification. Purchasers of tickets must legibly identify their name and reasonable contact information, which may include an address, phone number and email address (if applicable) on the entry form. If more than one name is listed on the entry, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant.” Nonprofit Inc. shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery of any prize to any person other than the entrant. If the winner cannot be reached at the phone number or email address on the online entry for any reason by October 20, 2025, a disqualification will result, and an alternate winner will be drawn. Winner must provide valid state-issued identification to claim prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize within 72 hours of being notified, the prize is forfeited, and, at Nonprofit’s sole discretion another winner may be selected. Nonprofit is not responsible or liable for inability to contact winner due to incorrect contact information supplied or failure of winner to respond to communications, or Nonprofit’s failure to receive such responses regardless of cause. Nonprofit’s obligation is limited to making good faith efforts to contact winner.
  6. Payment. Payment for the tickets shall be made in “good money” which may be credit card or debit card. Prior to the drawing, Nonprofit will make a reasonable effort to notify the individual and/or entity that has been rejected because the credit card or debit card did not clear and that the entry has been rejected by attempting to make contact through the information provided at the time of submitting the purchase request. All orders for tickets must be received and/or purchased by the indicated deadline. Nonprofit assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail or fax messages, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadline. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  7. Privacy: Use of Image and Likeness. By participating in the raffle, entrants agree and acknowledge that personal information submitted with and in relation to an entry may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Nonprofit for the purpose of conducting and administering the raffle. Nonprofit may need to provide winner information to prize partners for the purpose of awarding and fulfilling the prize. Prize winner agrees to allow Nonprofit use of their name, voice and/or likeness for publicity purposes without compensation or further notice.
  8. No Representations. Winners acknowledge that Nonprofit its staff, volunteers, officers, directors, and its agents and representatives have not made, and neither are they in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee expressed or implied in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. This raffle is being conducted by Nonprofit, a nonprofit organization authorized under O.C.G.A. §16-12-22.1. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Nonprofit its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, as well as any media outlets, advertising partners, or promotional partners assisting with the raffle (collectively, the “Released Parties”), shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize, including its quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this provision shall be construed to expand the scope of lawful charitable gaming beyond what is authorized under O.C.G.A.§16-12-22.1. Nonprofit is not responsible for any raffle entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not timely received, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission of raffle entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Nonprofit. Nonprofit reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the raffle for any reason, including, but not limited to if the raffle is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, infection by tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, fraud, weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, government orders, quarantine, pandemic, epidemic, disease, contagion, work stoppage, labor dispute, lockout, strike, or any natural disaster.
  9. Nonprofit has obtained a Special Raffle License from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in accordance with Georgia Code § 16-12-22, which will be conspicuously displayed on October 16, 2025, during the Fix Georgia Pets Gala.
  10. Financial Transparency. Nonprofit will maintain accurate and detailed records of all raffle ticket sales, related expenses, and prizes. All raffle records will be retained for at least three years in compliance with Georgia law. If required, a CPA-prepared financial report will be submitted to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office by April 15 of the following year.
  11. Final Decision. The decision of the CEO and the Board of Directors of Nonprofit shall be final on all matters concerning the raffle.
  12. Section Titles Not Controlling. The section and subsection titles contained in these rules are provided for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to limit, define, or otherwise affect the scope, meaning, or interpretation of any provision of these raffle rules. If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remainder of the rules shall remain in full force and effect.
  13. Arbitration of Disputes. ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTRACT, OR THE BREACH THEREOF, SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN GEORGIA ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (PURSUANT TO ITS EXPEDITED PROCEDURES) UNDER ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES, AND JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.

FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES AND IN LISTS OF PRIZE WINNERS TO BE PUBLISHED ON SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, IN AREA NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, T.V., RADIO STATIONS AND ANNOUNCED ON THE FIX GEORGIA PETS, RAFFLE WEBSITE AND FIX GEORGIA PETS WEBSITE. BY ENTERING THIS RAFFLE, EACH PARTICIPANT AND THE WINNER RELEASES FIX GEORGIA PETS, INC., COX MEDIA GROUP, MPL COMMUNICATIONS LTD., AND PAUL MCCARTNEY, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, “THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, DEATHS, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR WINNING ANY PRIZE OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRAVELING TO AND FROM AND ATTENDING THE MEET AND GREET AND THE CONCERT, AND EACH PARTICIPANT AND THE WINNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND RISING IN CONNECTION WITH OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RAFFLE OR THE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRAVELING TO AND FROM AND ATTENDING THE MEET AND GREET AND THE CONCERT.
  17. A RAFFLE PARTICIPANT’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR FIX GEORGIA PETS, INC.’S BREACH SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR HIS OR HER RAFFLE TICKET(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT, THE WINNER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURIES TO EARNINGS, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
